During the period from July 9 to July 11, 2019, the delegation of the Center for Education Accreditation – Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-CEA) attended the Conference to Strengthening Capacities for Reviews of External Quality Assurance Agencies in ASEAN held in Jakarta, Indonesia. The conference was funded by the European Union Support to Higher Education in the ASEAN region (EU SHARE).

The conference was attended by 8 member countries in AQAN and leading experts on higher education in the region. Vietnam has 05 representatives, including 02 officers from the Education Management Agency (VQA), Ministry of Education and Training and 03 officers of the VNU-CEA.

Attending the Conference was an opportunity for good cooperation with external quality assurance agencies among ASEAN countries, share good practices as well as identify difficulties and challenges in implementing the National Framework (NQF) in relation to the ASEAN Qualifications Reference Framework (AQRF) and the ASEAN Quality Assurance Framework (AQAF).
